We stopped off at Krka National Park, just north of Split, and took in the beautiful nature setting. Lush vegetation and the gorgeous Skradinski Buk waterfall, where Jonathan took a dip and fantasized about what a fabulous river-rafting trip the many levels of the falls would make. The water was unbelievably clear, revealing the fish and plant life beneath the surface as if one were looking through a glass window.
Perhaps all that transparency aroused the voyeur in us, as we couldn't resist capturing this shot of 2 frogs enjoying the ecstasy of nature. It is a bit amusing, n'est-ce pas, to see the 2 different expressions?
I understand that Krka is one of the locales used to film "Game of Thrones." Perhaps the frogs are hoping for one of the many sex scenes in that show!
